As we are aging, my husband and I realized that our present bathroom was not only unsightly but dangerous. We decided to look for someone to remodel but who would not charge us an exorbitant price. I called two other contractors and got bids from them as well as Ian. Ian's bid came in far below the other two and we gave the contract to him. We were not disappointed. I made a lot of changes from our original plan and Ian took them all in stride and even improved on them. Our bathroom is finished and it is a showroom now.
